Cycle Slinger v2.0

I wasn’t satisfied with my GMTK2022 entry, so I thought to fiddle with it a bit after the jam.

This version includes differences in weapon behavior, an objective was added (make your way around the level to save hostages and make it back to the start), and a sort of challenge mode was added (the timer).

I see maybe adding more levels to the game, but as it stands I think it’s a big improvement on the original.
